INJECTORS
An injector is a valve with electronic controls that receives signals from the engine control unit. A gas pump delivers pressurized gasoline into the fuel injectors and the engine control unit tells the fuel injectors to open a valve to let the pressurized gas pass through an atomizing nozzle. Injectors we keep for following cars BMW, C.A.M, Chevrolet, Fiat, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Nissan, Opel, Renault, Toyota and Volkswagen

SPARK PLUGS
NGK Spark Plugs were produced in South Africa since 1950 under the company name of Lectrolite. These spark plugs were produced under license to NGK Spark Plugs Japan. NGK Spark Plugs SA, now owned by NGK Japan, still continues to produce a range of spark plugs for the OE market, P&A market and Aftermarket. NGK Spark Plugs SA also market and distribute NGK Glow Plugs and Resistor caps.

CV JOINTS
Constant-velocity joints are protected by a rubber boot, a CV gaiter, usually filled with molybdenum disulfide grease. Cracks and splits in the boot will allow contaminants in, which would cause the joint to wear quickly as grease leaks out. This way the friction parts don’t get proper lubrication and get damaged due to minor particles that get in, while water causes metal components to rust and corrode. Wear of the boot often takes the form of small cracks, which appear closer to the wheel,[citation needed] because it is the wheel that produces vibration and up and down motions.[1] Cracks and tears in the areas closer to the axle are usually caused by external factors, such as packed snow, stones or uneven rocky off-road paths.

SUSPENSION KITS
Suspension is the system of tires, tire air, springs, shock absorbers and linkages that connects a vehicle to its wheels and allows relative motion between the two.[1] Suspension systems must support both roadholding/handling and ride quality,[2] which are at odds with each other. The tuning of suspensions involves finding the right compromise. It is important for the suspension to keep the road wheel in contact with the road surface as much as possible, because all the road or ground forces acting on the vehicle do so through the contact patches of the tires. The suspension also protects the vehicle itself and any cargo or luggage from damage and wear. The design of front and rear suspension of a car may be different.

POWER STEERING PUMPS
The power steering pump, also called vane pump, is a system driven by the movement of the crankshaft by means of pulley and belt. It has the function of pushing the oil through the pipes up to the power steering system, in which there is a reservoir that, during the steering, introduces the oil into a piston which acts as a lever on the steering.

THROTTLE BODY UNIT
In today’s modern fuel injected cars, the throttle body is a critical piece of the air intake system that controls the amount of air flowing into the engine. The amount of air allowed in is a function of how far the driver presses the accelerator pedal to the floor. As you press down on the pedal, a sensor called a throttle position sensor receives a signal relative to where your foot is, ranging from all the way up (zero acceleration), to all the way down (full acceleration). This sensor relays this information to the car’s main computer giving it constant updates as to the position of the throttle. The position of the pedal along this range is how the computer knows what to tell the fuel injection system in terms of how much more or less fuel to inject into the system.

TIMING CHAIN AND GEAR KITS
timing chain kits provide an efficient and economical way to provide the timing components needed for a quality engine rebuild. Timing chain options include both standard and roller chains to provide matches with the high quality sprockets and if necessary tensioner and guides that fit the application. Both OEM and performance timing chain kits are available. Melling chains and sprockets are manufactured using the highest designs, quality materials and workmanship.
